Darnell has spent more than twenty years providing hands-on support for children and adults with physical disabilities. That history shaped Lifestyle Adult Family Home into a calm, organized place where residents feel known and respected.

He oversees daily care, trains staff in safe med pass and personal care, and stays closely involved with families so they never feel left out of decisions. As a Black owner, Darnell values cultural respect, warm communication, and stable relationships that help residents feel at home and give families real peace of mind.
